Lovense has introduced Glint, a new touch-responsive vibrating anal plug designed to bring a more interactive dimension to couples’ intimate experiences. The product features an external sensor that responds to physical contact and a partner’s movements, adjusting vibration to match the rhythm and intensity of their interaction. The launch represents another step in Lovense’s development of technology-driven pleasure products.
Unlike conventional app-controlled vibrators, Glint is designed to respond directly to touch. Its external base detects contact, including the angle, speed and amount of skin touching the sensor. The device then adjusts its stimulation across five intensity levels, allowing users to experience changing sensations based on physical interaction rather than relying exclusively on manual controls.
According to Lovense, the product aims to synchronize anal stimulation with a partner’s movements during intercourse. This touch-responsive functionality is intended to help couples maintain a more natural connection without repeatedly reaching for a smartphone to change settings.
Three customizable response modes provide additional flexibility. Users can choose Pulse for rhythmic bursts of vibration, Sustain for continuous stimulation while contact is maintained, or Crescendo for sensations that build with continued contact. The Lovense Remote app allows users to adjust sensitivity and configure the device according to their preferences.
Glint also supports Lovense’s connected-device ecosystem through its Toy Sync feature. This allows it to interact with compatible Lovense products, including selected wearable vibrators and prostate massagers, creating synchronized stimulation experiences. The device can also be controlled through the company’s app for other supported use cases, including long-distance interaction.
The compact design measures approximately 0.84 inches (21.5 millimeters) across and weighs 55 grams. Made from body-safe silicone, Glint is IPX7 waterproof and rechargeable. Depending on the selected intensity, the company lists battery life of approximately 95 to 178 minutes, with charging taking around one hour.
Lovense CEO Dan Liu explained that the company developed Glint around the idea of making physical touch another way to control a pleasure device. The goal, he said, was to create a couples’ product that stands apart from conventional options by making shared movement and contact central to the experience.
With Glint, Lovense continues to expand its connected pleasure-product portfolio through a design that combines touch sensors, customizable vibration and device synchronization. The launch offers couples another option for interactive intimacy while highlighting the growing role of responsive technology in the sexual wellness industry.
